摘要：目的观察甘麦大枣汤加减治疗围绝经期女性睡眠障碍临床疗效。方法将60例门诊病人随机分为两组,治疗组30例口服甘麦大枣汤加减汤剂治疗,对照组30例口服右佐匹克隆,两组均连续用药28天。结果治疗组脏燥证症状相对对照组明显消失。治疗组对解除症状有效率达80.00%,经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘麦大枣汤加减在改善围绝经期女性睡眠障碍方面比右佐匹克隆更有优势。
Objective Observation of Ganmai Dazao Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal women ’ s sleep disorder .Method The 60 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into two groups .Oral Ganmai Dazao Decoction Decoction in Treating 30 cases of treatment group . 30 cases of the control group oral eszopiclone , two groups were treated for 28 days.Result Group dirty dryness symptoms disappeared relatively treatment control group .The treatment group to relieve symptoms and the effective rate was 80%, by checking the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Ganmai Dazao Decoction in improving perimenopausal women sleep disorder than the right zopiclone advantage .
