摘要：目的:观察复方黄芩漱口液(CSC)对固定矫治牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法:50例固定矫治牙龈炎患者随机分2组(n=25):CSC漱口液组和生理盐水组。测定治疗各期牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(BI)和菌斑细菌。结果:1周后复方黄芩组较生理盐水组GI、PLI开始明显降低(P<0.01)。4周后2组菌斑G+球菌比例升高和G-杆菌比例降低(P<0.01),复方黄芩组低于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。螺旋体比例下降复方黄芩组显著(P<0.05),生理盐水组未显著改变(P>0.05)。结论:复方黄芩漱口液能优化菌斑菌群结构,治疗固定矫治牙龈炎疗效确切。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of compound Scutellaria collutory(CSC)on gingivitis in patients with orthodontic appliances(GOA).Methods:50 teenagers with gingivitis and GOA were included.The indexes of gingiva(GI),plaque(PLI)and sulcular bleeding(BI),and plaque bacteria in the different therapeutic stage were respectively determined in the patients treated by CSC(treatment group)and normal saline(control group)respectively(n=25).Results:After one week of treatment,GI and PLI decreased(P<0.05),and more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).4 weeks,after treatment G+cocci increased and G-bacilli decreased in plaque in the 2 groups(P<0.01).However,the proportion of spirochetes declined dramatically in CSC group(P<0.05),but not in saline group(P>0.05).Conclusion:CSC can optimize the flora structure in plaque and is effective in the treatment of gingivitis for the teenagers with GOA.
