摘要：总结了赵健雄教授治疗月经过少的临床经验。赵健雄教授认为月经过少与肝、脾、肾及冲任二脉关系密切,临证尤重视本病与脾的关系,常三脏同治。并且强调应顺应月经周期变化,因势利导,分期论治,以调节阴阳、气血的动态平衡,主张经后期重在补益精气,经前期重在调气,行经期重在活血通经。
Professor ZHAO Jianxiong's experience in treating hypomenorrhea was summed up. He found that hypomenorrhea was closely related to liver,spleen,kidney,Chong and Ren channels. In clinical practice,three Zang \ organs were treated simultaneously and the spleen foremost. Professor ZHAO also adopted staged management to balance Ying and Yang,Qi and blood,regulating Qi in premenstrual period,promoting blood flow to induce in menstrual period,tonifying essence and Qi in the period of menstrution late.
