摘要:目的建立扶正屏风合剂的煎煮工艺与薄层鉴别方法。方法以干浸膏率为客观评价指标,采用正交设计优选煎煮工艺;用3批中试样品进行薄层色谱研究。结果煎煮工艺为煮前先浸泡30 min,煎煮提取2次,每次加8倍量水,每次45 min;实验建立了方中黄芪、防风和连翘3味药的薄层鉴别方法。结论该煎煮提取工艺切实可行,薄层鉴别方法均专属性强、重现性好,可用于扶正屏风合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the decoction process and thin-layer identificati on method for Fuzheng Pingfeng Mixture.Methods Taking the dry extract yielding rate as an objective evaluation index,an orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the decoction process,and studies of thin-layer chromatography were conducted with three batches of pilot samples.Results The decoction process was soaking for 30 min before boiling and extracting twice,for 45 min each time with 8 times the amount of water added.The thinlayer identification method was established for three herbs in the formula,namely,milkvetch root(Huang Qi),divaricate saposhnikovia root(Fang Feng)and weeping forsythia capsule(Lian Qiao).Conclusion The decoction extraction process is practical and feasible,and the thin-layer identification method is highly specific and reproducible,which can be used for the quality co ntrol of Fuzheng Pingfeng Mixture.
