摘要:目的:探讨情景模拟教学即标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)结合模拟人并利用客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在护理本科生健康评估课程实践教学中的应用效果。方法:撰写SP病例剧本、选拔和培训学生标准化病人(SSP),设置OSCE考核站点并建立考评标准;将护理本科学生2012级67人和2013级115人,分别随机分为两组,观察组共96名,对照组共86名,观察组在传统教学基础上辅以情景模拟教学及考核,对照组进行常规的实践技能考核。发放问卷并比较两组学生期末理论考试成绩以及综合临床技能考核成绩。结果:观察组学生期末理论考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生临床综合技能护理评估考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查结果:观察组学生认为情景模拟教学考核方法在调动学习的积极主动性、提高与病人的沟通交流能力、提高实际解决问题的能力及临床思维培养等方面有较大的帮助。结论:情景模拟教学应用于健康评估课程能较全面地提高学生对患者的临床评估实践技能,提升临床综合能力,达到较传统技能操作训练及考试更佳的教学效果。
Objective:To probe into training method and applied effect of simulation in health assessment teaching.Methods:we wrote scenarios,trained student standardized patient,established the inspection site and the score criteria.A total of96students in grade2012and2013were taken as observation group,86cases of studentsin grade2012and2013were taken as control group.The student in observation group received simulation and examination in health assessment teaching,Provided questionnaires and compare with the finaltheory test scores and comprehensive clinical nursing assessment scores of two groups.Results:students in obvervation group the final theory test scores and comprehensive clinical nursing assessment scores was higher than that ofcontrol group(P<0.05).Students in observation group believed that simulation in health evaluation could improvetheir the positive initiative of learning,nurse-patient communication skills,critical thinking and the actualability to solve clinical problems.Conclusion:Simulation applied to health care teaching will help training of students'nursing ability.
