摘要：炎性细胞因子与自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展密切相关。针刺可以通过提高抗炎细胞因子含量,降低促炎细胞因子含量,从而调整其状态平衡以达到抗炎的作用,也充分体现了针刺双向调节的作用特点。此文通过查询针刺治疗常见自身免疫性疾病的相关文献,从白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子、干扰素等方面对针刺治疗自身免疫性疾病的抗炎机制进行综述,以期为今后的研究及临床提供理论依据。
Inflammatory cytokines are closely related to the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases.Acupuncture can improve the content of anti-inflammatory cytokines and reduce the content of pro-inflammatory cytokines,so as to adjust its state balance to achieve the anti-inflammatory effect,which also fully reflects the bidirectional regulation of acupuncture.By consulting the literature on acupuncture treatment of common autoimmune diseases,this paper summarized the anti-inflammatory mechanism of acupuncture treatment of autoimmune diseases from interleukin,tumor necrosis factor,interferon,etc.,in order to provide theoretical basis for future research and clinical practice.
