摘要：目的研究藏药十八味欧曲膏对慢性湿疹模型大鼠血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白三烯B4(LTB4)的影响。方法将72只大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,冰黄肤乐组,藏药十八味欧曲膏低、中、高剂量组6组,除空白对照组外,其余5组大鼠被制备慢性湿疹模型,空白对照组正常饲养。模型对照组给予凡士林,各治疗组分别给予冰黄肤乐,藏药十八味欧曲膏低(0.14 g/kg)、中(0.21 g/kg)、高(0.35 g/kg)剂量经皮给药,给药10 d后采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中IL-10,LTB4的含量。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清IL-10,LTB4含量显著升高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,藏药十八味欧曲膏低、中、高剂量组大鼠血清IL-10,LTB4含量显著降低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论藏药十八味欧曲膏能降低湿疹模型大鼠血清IL-10,LTB4含量,其治疗湿疹的作用机制可能与免疫调节及减轻炎症反应相关。
Objective To study the effects of the Shibawei Ouqu Ointment( Tibetan drug) on expressions of IL-10,LTB4 in blood serum of the model rats with chronic eczema. Methods 72 rats were divided into 6 groups:blank control group,model control group,Binghuangfule group,high-dose group,moderate-dose group and lowdose group. The blank control group was normally fed; other groups were prepared as chronic eczema models. The model control group was given petroleum jelly; other groups were intervened with Binghuangfule Paste,Shibawei Ouqu Ointment with high-dose( 0.14 g / kg),moderate-dose( 0.21 g / kg) and low-dose( 0.35 g / kg) respectively.The expression levels of IL-10,LTB4 in blood serum of each group were measured by ELISA after 10 days. Results Compared with blank control group,expressions of IL-10,LTB4 in model control group were significantly higher,the difference was significant( P<0.05); compared with model control group,expressions of IL-10,LTB4 in high-,moderate-and low-dose group were significantly lower,there was a significant difference( P < 0.05). Conclusion The Tibetan drug can markedly reduce the contents of IL-10,LTB4 and the mechanism of action on treating chronic eczema closely relates to the function of immunoregulation and anti-inflammation.
