摘要：中医针灸在治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)(简称“腰突症”)方面存在优势。根据下肢症状不同与经脉循行部位差异并结合临床所见,可以总结出腰椎间盘突出症最常见的临床分型为足少阳经型、足太阳经型与督脉型,将辨经取穴与辨位取穴综合配伍,施以针灸、刺络拔罐、普通针刺与电针结合的中医综合治疗获效突出。在跟师学习过程中运用此类经络辨证方法在临床上成功治疗2例腰椎间盘突出的患者,深感经络辨证取穴是治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴坐骨神经痛的可靠方法,其他经型腰椎间盘突出症亦可借鉴此法治疗。
Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)("lumbar herniation"for short).According to the different symptoms of the lower extremities and the different locations of the meridians,combined with clinical findings,the most common clinical types of lumbar disc herniation can be summarized as foot Shaoyang meridian type,foot Taiyang meridian type and Du meridian type.Combined with the comprehensive compatibility of acupoint selection,acupuncture,collateral pricking and cupping,general acupuncture and electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine have outstanding results.In the process of studying with the teacher,I have successfully treated 2 patients with lumbar disc herniation by using such meridian syndrome differentiation method.and I deeply feel that meridian differentiation and acupoint selection is a reliable method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with sciatica,and other meridian-type lumbar disc herniation can also be treated with this method.
