摘要:生物技术的进步为马铃薯渣的有效利用提供了新的技术手段。微生物发酵马铃薯渣可生产诸如酶制剂、生化制剂、生物质能源、膳食纤维、蛋白质饲料等高附加值产品,而且能够解决废弃物带来的环境污染问题。综述微生物转化马铃薯渣的主要菌种、发酵方式、相关产品及国内外研究现状,为开展相关研究提供参考借鉴。
The improvement of biotechnology provides some new technical means for the utilization of potato pulp. Fermenting of potato pulp by microorganism can produce high value added product like enzymic preparations, biochemical preparations,biomass energy, dietary fiber, protein feed, etc.. Moreover, it can solve the environmental pollution caused by wastes. The paper reviews the chief bacteria strains to transform potato pulp by microorganism, fermenting means, related products and present research status at home and abroad, which can provide some reference for concerned research.
