摘要：虚拟空间是任何一种文化必须要面对的新的生存环境,其拓展的研究应用也显得非常重要.陇中经济比较落后,高等院校、科研机构较少,政府对网络虚拟空间的文化影响力认识不足,虚拟空间的文化影响力明显不足.互联网的普及和虚拟文化空间的拓展,关系到陇中文化在文化主导性和影响力方面与时俱进的重要问题.
Virtual space is a new environment of any kind of culture have to face, the expanding application and research are also very important. Due to Long culture in the economy is relatively backward, the universities and scientific research institutions are less and lack of understanding of government cultural influence on the network of virtual space, cultural influence of the virtual space is obviously insufficient. The popularity of the Internet and the expansion of virtual culture space is a very important and urgent problem to be solved. Because it is concerned about whether the Long culture can keep pace with the times and hold the right of discourse in the virtual space of the highlands both in the cultural dominance and influence.
