摘要:miRNA与长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)都属于非编码RNA,其表达水平与众多疾病的发生与发展相关。竞争内源性RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)调控机制是lncRNA竞争性地结合miRNA并调控相关基因表达的过程。
Both miRNA and long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)belong to non-coding RNA and their expression levels correlate with the occurrence and development of many diseases. The regulatory mechanism of competing endogenous RNA(ceRNA)is a process in which lncRNA competitively binds miRNA and regulates the expression of related genes. Many studies suggestthat ceRNA regulatory mechanism is involved in the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).On the other hand,TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway which regulates inflammatory responses operates abnormally in RA and is one of the key modules in the RA inflammatory cascade. This review summarizes and discusses the relationships between miRNA,lncRNA and RA and revolves around the regulatory roles of ceRNA in RA.The article also discusses the current progress of ceRNA research in RA inflammation based on TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway, which may provide insights into new therapeutic targets for RA.
