摘要：目前，中医药院校医学生实践技能掌握较差，临床能力适应较弱，影响中医药院校医学生的就业和学校的教学质量。为了提高中医院校学生的实践操作能力，培养高质量中医药人才，本文总结了多年外科学实践技能教学经验，分析了外科学实践教学各环节中存在的问题，就如何提高中医药院校医学生的外科学实践操作水平和提高就业率进行了探讨。
The graduates of traditional Chinese medicine colleges have poor clinical skills at present,which have a significant effect on clinical practice and graduates＇ employment rate. It is a guarantee of improving the employment rate and producing high-quality talents to improve the practical ability of traditional Chinese medicine graduates. The author have analyzed some key factors on teaching in surgery practical skills in past five years, and have been exploring some new approach to improve surgical practical skills of the students and clinical operational level, so as to improve their employment rate.
