摘要:目的探究丸粒化处理对菘蓝种子萌发及幼苗质量的影响。方法将菘蓝种子去壳,以凹凸棒土、膨润土、活性炭等为填充材料,筛选最佳丸粒化配方;采用盆栽称重法,设置5个土壤水分梯度(95%、80%、65%、50%、35%),对比不同土壤水分条件下菘蓝丸粒化种子的发芽指标、幼苗生长指标及理化指标的差异。结果菘蓝种子丸粒化最优配方为(种子∶凹凸棒土∶膨润土∶活性炭∶木耳粉∶淀粉∶铁棒锤粉=100∶200∶191∶400∶3∶3∶3);土壤水分为65%时,菘蓝丸粒化种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数最高,幼苗根长最长,土壤水分为95%时,菘蓝丸粒化种子幼苗苗长最长,单株鲜重最大;随着土壤水分的降低,菘蓝幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量,过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性均升高。结论该研究结果为菘蓝机械化精量播种提供了技术支撑。
Objective To explore the effect of pelleting treatment on seed germination and seedling quality of Isaris indigotica Fortune(菘蓝).Methods The seeds of Isatis indigotica Fortune were dehulled,and attapulgite,bentonite,activated carbon and other materials were used as fillers to screen the optimal pelletization formula.Using pot weighing method,five gradients of soil water(95%,80%,65%,50%,35%)were conducted to compare differences in germination indices,seedling growth parameters and physicochemical indicators of pelleted Isaris indigotica Fortune under varying soil moisture conditions.Results The optimum pelletization formula for Isaris indigotica Fortune was determined as seed:attapulgite/bentonite/activated carbon/fungus powder/starch/Aconitum pendulum powder at 100:200/91/400/3/3/3).At 65%soil moisture,pelleted seeds exhibited the highest germination potential,germination rate,and germination index,along with the longest root length.At 95%soil moisture,seedlings showed the longest shoot length and highest fresh weight per plant.As soil moisture decreased,soluble sugar,soluble protein,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content,as well as peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)activities were all increased in seedlings.Conclusion The study provides technical support for mechanized precision sowing of Isaris indigotica Fortune.
