摘要：目的探讨一指禅推拿对海洛因戒毒者生命质量的影响。方法选取2020年7月—2020年12月甘肃省戒毒管理局下属戒毒所的戒毒人员140例,将研究对象随机分为对照组和治疗组各70例,最终完成治疗的对照组为70例,治疗组为68例。对照组仅接受常规戒毒康复训练,治疗组在此基础上施以为期3月的一指禅推拿治疗。采用药物成瘾者生命质量测定量表(QOL-DA V2.0)对两组戒毒人员干预前后的生命质量进行评估。结果干预3月后,两组戒毒人员的QOL-DA V2.0总分及躯体功能、心理功能、戒断症状和社会功能等各维度评分均有升高(P<0.01),但一指禅推拿治疗组的升高水平明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与常规戒毒康复训练相比,一指禅推拿有助于改善海洛因戒毒者的生命质量。
Objective To explore the effect of one-finger zen massage on improving the life quality of heroin addicts.Methods From July 2020 to December 2020,140 drug addicts from the drug rehabilitation center under the Gansu Drug Addiction Administration were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 70 cases in the control group(n=70)and 68 cases in the treatment group(n=68).The control group only received routine drug rehabilitation training,while the treatment group was treated with one-finger zen massage for 3 months on this basis.The quality of life of drug addicts was evaluated by the Quality of Life for Drug Addicts(QOL-DA V2.0).Results After 3 months of intervention,the total score of QOL-DA V2.0 and the scores of physical function,psychological function,withdrawal symptoms and social function of drug addicts were increased in the two groups(P<0.01),but the increased level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion One-finger zen massage is helpful in improving the life quality of heroin addicts compared to routine drug rehabilitation training.
