摘要：目的构建基于背景、输入、过程、产出(CIPP)模型的临床护士信息素质培训方案,为临床护士信息素质水平的提升和护理信息化人才的培养提供参考依据。方法于2024年3一5月进行文献研究和半结构式访谈,设计临床护士信息素质培训函询问卷,选取国内从事临床护理、护理管理、护理教育及医学信息的15名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,构建临床护士信息素质培训方案,进一步运用层次分析法对各级指标进行权重赋值和一致性检验。结果2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为15/15,专家权威系数均为1.37,Kendall协调系数分别为0.313和0.413,最终确立的培训方案包括4项一级指标,11项二级指标,65项三级指标。4项一级指标的权重系数:培训目标0.1000;培训内容0.5076;培训方式0.1252;培训管理0.2838;一致性检验的一致性比率为0.0104。二级指标的权重系数为0.1442~0.5485,培训目标、培训内容、培训管理二级指标的一致性检验的一致性比率分别为0.0515、0.0460、0.0176。结论基于CIPP模型的临床护士信息素质培训方案具有科学性和可靠性,可为临床护士信息素质规范化培训提供参考依据和实践思路。
Objective To construct an information literacy training program for clinical nurses based on the context,input,process,product(CIPP)model,and to provide a reference basis for the improvement of the information literacy level of clinical nurses and the cultivation of nursing informatization talents.Methods From March to May in 2024,a questionnaire for clinical nurses information literacy training was designed based on the results of literature research and semi-structured interviews,15 domestic experts engaged in clinical nursing,nursing management,nursing education and medical information were selected to conduct 2 rounds of Delphi method,constructed a clinical nurses information literacy training program,and further used analytic hierarchy process to assign weights to the indexes at all levels and conduct consistency tests.Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires of the 2 rounds of expert correspondence was 15/15,the authority coefficient of the experts was 1.37,and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.313 and 0.413,respectively,and the final training program consisted of 4 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes,and 65 third-level indexes,and the weighting coefficients of the 4 first-level indexes were as follows:training objective O.100 O;training content 0.5076;training method 0.1252;training management 0.2838;and the consistency ratio of the consistency test value was O.0104.The weight coefficients of the secondary indicators were in the range of 0.1442-0.5485,and the consistency ratio of the consistency test of training objective,training content,training management were 0.0515,0.0460,0.0176.Conclusions The clinical nurse information literacy training program based on CIPP model is scientific and reliable,and it can provide a reference basis and practical ideas for the standardized training of clinical nurses'information literacy.
