摘要：本文基于现代医学"生物电现象"与中医"开阖枢"理论相通之处,以"电压门控离子通道"解"开阖枢"之"枢"、以"动作电位的去极相及其产生原理"解"开阖枢"之"开"、以"动作电位的复极相及其产生原理"解"开阖枢"之"阖",探究中医"开阖枢"理论的现代医学原理,为拓展中医临证思路提供参考。
This article applied "bioelectricity phenomenon" of modern medicine to the theory of "opening and closing pivot" of TCM, solving the "pivot" of "opening and closeing pivot" by "voltage-gated ion channel", solving the "opening" of "opening and closing pivot" by "depolarization of action potential and its generation principle", and solving the "closing" of "opening and closing pivot" by "the bipolar phase of action potential and its generating principle". It explored the modern medical principles of the theory of "opening and closing pivots" in TCM, and provided references for expanding the clinical thinking of TCM.
