摘要:目的:探讨中药制剂红芪多糖在改善胰岛素抵抗方面的影响。方法:2型糖尿病模型大鼠40只,随机分为空白组、模型组、二甲双胍组、红芪多糖低剂量组、红芪多糖高剂量组,并用胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)判定胰岛素抵抗(IR)改善情况。11周后处死大鼠,取血检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果:红芪多糖治疗组、二甲双胍组ISI较模型组明显升高(P<0.05),说明经红芪多糖治疗后ISI升高,与二甲双胍组有相似的治疗作用(P>0.05)。证明红芪多糖可提高大鼠ISI、减轻IR、增强胰岛素的敏感性。二甲双胍组、红芪多糖高低剂量组血清TNF-α值降低,与模型组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);红芪多糖低剂量组与二甲双胍组作用相似,相比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05),证明红芪多糖可降低2型糖尿病模型大鼠血清TNF-α值,可改善胰岛素抵抗。结论:红芪多糖可明显改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗,对2型糖尿病有一定治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Radix Hedysari improve insulin resistance (IR) of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: The model of rats with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group, model group, diformin control group, low Radix Hedysari group, high Radix Hedysari group. And investigated the effect of IR by ISI. 11 weeks later, measured TNF-α in mouse blood after treatment. Results :The ISI was increased in diformin control group and Radix Hedysari group of diabetic rats. It had significant difference compared with model group (P 〈 0.05). Radix Hedysari groups had the similar effect on type 2 diabetes rats with the diformin control group (P 〉 0.05). Radix Hedysari could reduce hyinsulinemia and improve insulin sensitivity. The TNF-α deereased in diformin control group and Radix Hedysari group of diabetic rats. It had significant difference compared with model group (P 〈 0.05). Radix Hedysari groups had the similar effect on type 2 diabetes rats with the diformin control group(P 〉 0.05). Conlusion: Radix Hedysari can improve insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus rats with high-fat-fed, and has some treatment in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
