摘要:目的建立皂角刺中非法掺入野皂角刺的高效液相色谱鉴别法。方法取不同来源产地的皂角刺与野皂角刺,采用HPLC-DAD法测定其提取物化学组分,利用阿魏酸对照品作为内标物,以色谱相对保留时间及紫外光谱进行联合定性,检测HPLC图谱中野皂角刺特有峰,建立皂角刺中掺入野皂角刺检验方法,并进行方法学考察。结果伪品野皂角刺中检出一特有峰,其相对于阿魏酸的保留时间为1.43,正品皂角刺药材及饮片中均未检出该组份。方法精密度、重复性、稳定性、耐用性均良好。结论建立的方法操作简便,专属性强,可用于快速筛查皂角刺中掺入野皂角刺的情况,为皂角刺的质量控制提供实验依据。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method of Gleditsia heterophylla Bunge. illegal adulteration in Gleditsia sinensis Lam.. Methods In order to find the peak S of Gleditsia heterophylla Bunge., Gleditsia sinensis Lam. and Gleditsia heterophylla Bunge. samples from different origins and sources are determined of chemical components with HPLC-DAD, by locating the peak with the UV spectra and the retention time relative to ferulic acid reference substance as an internal standard. Therefore, the adulteration detection method is established, and the methodology is investigated. Results The peak S is detected in all the Gleditsia heterophylla Bunge. products of which retention time relative to the ferulic acid peak is 1.43, and meanwhile the peak S is not detected in all the Gleditsia sinensis Lam. herbs and pieces. The precision, repeatability, stability and durability of the method are all good. Conclusion The adulteration detection method is simple and specific, and can be used for rapid discrimination of adulterated Gleditsia heterophylla Bunge. in Gleditsia sinensis Lam., which provide reference and basis for the quality control of Gleditsia sinensis Lam..
