摘要:目的:研究甘肃产羊耳蒜Liparis japonica(Miq.)Maxim的生药鉴定特征。方法:应用性状、显微、理化等鉴别方法对羊耳蒜进行研究。结果:羊耳蒜的叶、叶鞘、花茎、假鳞茎粉末、假鳞茎组织横切片中均可见到草酸钙针晶、导管、纤维等。羊耳蒜全草甲醇提取液在紫外灯254 nm显蓝色荧光,经干燥后在紫外灯365 nm显淡绿色荧光。结论:羊耳蒜显微鉴别及理化鉴别均有明显的鉴别特征,可作为鉴别羊耳蒜的依据。
Objective: To study pharmacognostic characteristic of Liparis [Liparis japonica (Miq.)Maxim.] from Gansu. Method: Experimental research of liparis was carded out with morphological identification, microscopical identification, physical and chemical identification. Result: Calcium oxalate needle crystal, tube and fiber are found in liparis' leaves, leaf sheath, stalks, false bulb powder and transverse section of false bulb tissue. Methanol extracts ofliparis in UV 254nm show blue fluorescence and pale green fluorescence in UV 365nm after drying. Conclusion: Microscopical identification, physical and chemical identification of Liparis showed obvious features, which could provide evidence for liparis identification.
