摘要：糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)是糖尿病常见的慢性消化系统并发症之一,其发病机制尚未完全明确。中医认为,肠胃同属六腑,且以通降为要。由于肠内微生态紊乱必会影响胃腑功能,通过运用辛开苦降法纠正并改善肠道菌群失调,可达到治疗DGP目的。本文以此为基点进行论述,可为临床相关治疗提供理论依据和思路。
Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)is one of the common chronic digestive system complications of diabetes,and its pathogenesis has not been fully clarified.TCM believes that the gastrointestinal tract belongs to six fu organs,and the main function is to pass through.Because the intestinal microecological disturbances will definitely affect the function of the stomach and intestines,the treatment of DGP can be achieved by correcting and improving the imbalance of intestinal flora by applying the Xin Kai Ku Jiang(dispersing the superficial pathogen with acrid drugs and descending the internal pathogen with bitter drugs)method.This article discussed on this basis and could provide theoretical basis and ideas for clinically relevant treatments.
