摘要：查阅近年来关于当归在补血作用方面的研究文献,从当归对血细胞、造血微环境、细胞凋亡、造血器官、免疫调节、血虚动物代谢组学和蛋白组学的影响等6个方面进行概述,以阐明当归补血功效的现代药理学机制,明确当归补血作用的科学内涵,为当归的综合开发和临床合理应用提供参考。
By consulting the research literature on enriching blood effects of Danggui(Radix Angelica Sinensis)in the recent years,this paper summarizes from the six aspects of the effects of Danggui,including blood cells,hematopoietic microenvironment,apoptosis,hematopoietic organs,immunoregulation,metabolomics and proteomics of animals with blood deficiency,aiming at elucidating the modern pharmacological mechanism of Danggui enriching blood effect and clarifying the scientific connotation of it,to provide a reference for the comprehensive development and rational clinical application of Danggui.
