摘要：肾主骨理论在预防和治疗骨内平衡失调方面有重要的理论和临床作用,而下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴作为人体最重要的神经内分泌系统,与骨骼新陈代谢密切相关。研究发现不同类型的肾虚患者以HPA功能障碍为共同特征,提示肾精在一定程度上与HPA功能有关。通过对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺-骨相关细胞轴的进一步研究,探索肾主骨理论的本质,以期为中医理论与现代对抗疗法的协调发展提供线索与基础。
The theory the kidney governing bones has theoretical and clinical significance in prevention and treatment of intraosseous balance disorder.As the key neuroendocrine system of the body,hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis is closely related to bone metabolism.The study found that different types of patients with the kidney deficiency share a common trait,namely,HPA axis dysfunction,which indicates that the kidney essence is partly relevant with HPA axis function.The nature of the theory the kidney governing bones through further study on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-bonerelated cell axis was discussed.It is expected to provide clues and basis for coordinated development of theory of Chinese medicine and modern allopathy.
