摘要:探讨校企合作背景下药学类专业学生"实习-就业一体化"培养模式理论和实践。调查结果表明,学生在技术层面能力素养的各个方面均有提高,其中占前4位的是专业技能水平、实践动手能力、岗位适应能力和创新创业能力;在非技术层面能力素养方面,提升占前4位的是企业文化认知、社会适应能力、就业竞争力、创新创业意识。企业对实习生各方面的表现基本认可,其中认可度占前4位的是工作表现、团队精神、专业技能和创新创业意识。学生对实习效果的认可度均达88%以上,与实习单位就业签约率达到45.8%。但目前的"实习-就业一体化"培养模式还存在校企合作层次较低、实习就业指导队伍薄弱、质量评价和监控体系不健全等弊端。今后发展的主要策略和途径是建立校企合作企业群、强化校企合作深度对接、加强实习-就业指导教师队伍建设、建立健全实习质量评价和监控体系。
In order to improve the vocational ability,innovative ability and employment competitiveness of students,this paper discussed the training mode of integration of practice and employment on pharmaceutical students under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.The results of the survey showed that the students,all aspects of technical level competence had improved,among which the top 4 were professional skills,practical ability,post adaptability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The top 4 were the promotion of enterprise culture cognition,social adaptability,employment competitiveness,innovation and entrepreneurship awareness in non-technical ability and accomplishment.The basic recognition of interns in all aspects of performance,including recognition of the top 4 is the work performance,team spirit,professional skills and innovative entrepreneurial awareness.The students'recognition of the effect of internship reached over 88%,and the contract signing rate with the internship unit reached 45.8%.The results of the survey also showed that the current practice-employment integration training model still has some drawbacks,such as low level of school-enterprise cooperation,weak guidance team for practice employment,and imperfect quality evaluation and monitoring system.The main strategies and approaches for future development were to establish school-enterprise cooperative enterprise groups,strengthen the deep connection of school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the construction of internship-employment guidance teachers,and establish and perfect the evaluation and monitoring system of internship quality.
