摘要：目的:对甘肃金塔产的野生甘草与栽培甘草进行比较研究。方法:从品种分布现状、药材性状、显微特征、质量评价、市场销售情况等方面对甘肃金塔的野生甘草与栽培甘草进行综合比较研究。结果:甘肃金塔的野生甘草与栽培甘草在很多方面还存在差异,栽培甘草未形成规范化、规模化、系统化的产销体系。结论:甘肃金塔的野生甘草资源现存不多,急需合理保护、有效利用;栽培甘草的品质应该从种、育、产、销各个环节进一步加强提高。本研究为甘肃省栽培甘草与野生甘草的合理有效替代提供了重要参考依据,为甘草品质的科学评价奠定了一定的理论和实践基础。
Objective： The essay aims at making a comparative study of wild and cultivated RadixEt Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Jinta of Gansu. Methods： From the existing conditions of the distribution of varieties, conformation and shape of medicinal materials, microeharacters, qualitative evaluation, sales situation and some other aspects, The essay makes a comprehensive comparative study of wild and cultivated RadixEt Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Jinta of Gansu. Results： There exist some differences between wild and cultivated RadixEt Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Jinta of Gansu in many ways, and as far as cultivated RadixEt Rhizoma Clycyrrhizae , its planting and saling system is not regular,systematic and doesn＇t form a considerable scale. Conclusion： The present resource of wild RadixEt Rhizoma Clycyrrhizae in Jinta is not adequate,and it＇s urgent that we should preserve them reasonably and make the best of them; we should improve the quality of cultivated RadixEt Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae further in the following successive steps： planting,breeding, processing and selling. The study provides important reference basis for reasonable and effective replacement of cultivated and wild RadixEt Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Gansu, and it lays theoretical and practical bases for scientific evaluation for the RadixEt Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae ＇ s attributes.
