摘要:目的:探讨金匮肾气丸对实验性2型糖尿病肾病大鼠的作用。方法:采用高糖、高脂饲料喂养动物,待模型成功后,再用金匮肾气丸治疗。48只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、罗格列酮治疗组、金匮肾气丸大、中、小剂量治疗组。第13周,收集24h尿液,测定24h尿白蛋白含量,计算尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。处死大鼠,取血检测各组大鼠血糖、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的含量。结果:金匮肾气丸大、中、小剂量组及罗格列酮组与模型组比较,血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),罗格列酮治疗组、金匮肾气丸大、中剂量治疗组CTGF、TGF-β1含量降低,与模型对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸可降低2型糖尿病肾病大鼠血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率,降低CTGF、TGF-β1含量。
Objective:To explore the effects of Jingui Shenqi pills on the experimental rats with type 11 diabetic nephropa- thy. Methods: Sugar and fat rich diet were adopted to feed the animals. After the model was made, the rats were treated with Jingui Shenqi pills. 48 rats were divided into blank control group, modle control group, Rosiglitazone group, high, medium and low dose of Jingui Shenqi pills group. At the 13th week, collect urine samples to test the contents of 24th u- rinary albumin, then calculate urinary albumin excretion rate. At last, we executed all the rats and collected the blood ser- ums which were tested for the blood glucose, CTGF and TGF -β1. Results:Compared model group with the groups of Jingui Shenqi pills and rosiglitazone group, the level of the blood glucose, UAER decreased ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with the model group,the RSG group, the JK high dose group and the JK medium dose group of the CTGF, TGF - β1 increased, which had a statistical significance ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with the model control group. Conclusion: Jingui Shenqi pills can decrease the level of blood glucose, UAER, and it can also decrease the con- tents of serum TGF -β1 and CTGF with experimental type 11 diabetic nephropathy rats.
