摘要：分别从西医、中医等不同角度以及药物与非药物手段对围绝经期失眠症的国内外治疗进展进行综述,旨在为围绝经期失眠症的合理治疗提供参考依据。
Therapeutic progress of perimenopausal insomnia at home and abroad was reviewed from different angles of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and others, drug means and non-drug means in order to provide the reference for rational treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.
