摘要:目的:对甘肃产藏药五脉绿绒蒿中镇痛抗炎的活性成分进行较为系统的研究,追踪此类药材的活性成分。方法:采用溶剂法及多种色谱技术对五脉绿绒蒿进行提取分离纯化,并通过质谱和核磁共振波谱法对化合物进行分析,确定其结构。结果:从五脉绿绒蒿中提取分离出5个活性成分,分别为:O-甲基淡黄巴豆亭碱(Ⅰ)f、lavi-nantin(Ⅱ)、苜蓿素(Ⅲ)、槲皮素(Ⅳ)、亚油酸甲酯(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物当中分离得到。
Objective:To study the active ingredients of analgesic and anti-inflammatory from Meconopsis quintuplinervia,Tracking the active ingredients of such medicines. Methods:The compounds Meconopsis quintuplinervia,were separated with chromatography and its chemical structure was elucidated by means of MS, NMR spectroscopy methods respectively. Results : Five compounds were obtaine as O-methylflavinantine ( Ⅰ ), flavinantin ( Ⅱ ) , tricin (Ⅲ), quercitrin ( Ⅳ) and methyl linoleate ( Ⅴ ). Conclusion : Compounds Ⅱ is obtained from the plant for the first time.
