摘要：目的:了解在医学类毕业实习生中开展中医适宜技术培训的效果和满意度,为提高中医适宜技术培训效果和促进中医适宜技术推广提供理论依据。方法:选择2批共800名中医类毕业实习生进行中医适宜技术培训,每批培训时间为2周。培训采取理论培训与实践培训相结合的方式,培训前与结束后进行中医适宜技术项目各项实践技能操作考试,比较培训前后各项中医适宜技术成绩变化。设计调查问卷,收集参加培训的2批医学实习生满意度及反馈的意见,进行整理分析。结果:9种中医适宜技术培训后成绩显著提高,与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学员对中医适宜技术的了解程度、掌握程度、应用前景评价、应用实践情况培训后优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绝大多数学员认为培训对他们的临床有帮助,并有意愿在将来继续学习中医适宜技术,以及进行中医适宜技术的探索研究、临床推广工作。结论:在医学类毕业实习生中开展中医适宜技术培训,取得了满意的效果,但仍需改进中医适宜技术实践技能操作的培训方式,教师对临床应用相关的技术难点跟踪指导。
Objective：To provide theoretical evidence for improving the training effects of TCM appropriate technology and promoting the spread of the technology by surveying the effects of launching TCM appropri ate technology training for the graduate interns and the satisfaction degrees.Methods：All 800 graduate interns majored in TCM in two batches were chosen and given the training of TCM appropriate technology,the training time for each batch was two weeks.The training used the ways of theoretical training and practical training,the changes of the scores were compared before and after training by performing practical skills operation tests for different items of TCM appropriate technology before the training and by the end of the training.The satisfaction degrees and feedback information of two batches of the graduate interns who joined the training were collected by selfmade questionnaires,arranged and analyzed.Results：The scores of nine kinds of TCM appropriate technology raised notably,and the difference had statistical meaning when they were compared with these before training（P〈0.05）.The trainee＇ s understanding degrees to TCM appropriate technology,their mastery degrees,their assessment to application prospect and application practice were better than these before the training,and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Most of the trainees thought that the training was helpful to their clinical work,and they were willing to continue to study TCM appropriate technology in the future,and perform exploratory development and clinical popularization of TCM appropriate technology.Conclusion：Launching TCM appropriate technology training for the graduate interns has obtained the satisfactory effects,while the training modes of TCM appropriate technology practical skill operation still needs to be improved,and the teacher should track and guide technical problems associated to clinical application.
