摘要:目的观察益气活血颗粒对大鼠心气虚证T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法制作心气虚证大鼠动物模型,随机分为4组:大、小剂量实验组(2.0,0.5g/100 g益气活血颗粒)、对照组(1 g/100 g天王补心丸)及空白组,均1次/日,连续7 d灌胃,观察各组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果模型组外周血CD+3、CD+4低于空白组,CD+8含量高于空白组,且与各组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);大剂量实验组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论益气活血颗粒可升高CD+3、CD+4的含量,降低CD+8含量。
Objective To observe the influence of some Chinese herbal granules with the effects of replenishing Qi and activating blood on T lym- phocyte subsets in rats with syndrome of heart - Qi insufficiency. Meth- oils The models were established on rats, which were orally given Yiqibuxue granule with high,low doses (2. 0, 0. 5 g/100 g) and Tian- wangbuxin pills( 1 g/100 g, control group) and normal saline respective- ly, once a day for 7 days. The T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and cardiac muscle in rats were observed. Results The model group was lower than the normal saline group on natural kill and wound cell (CO3+ ),adjuvant T cell(CD4+ ),higher than normal saline group on cell toxicityT cell( CD8 ). There was a significant difference between model group and other groups(P 〈 0. 01 ). There were significant differences(P 〈0. 01 )between the high- dose group and the control group. Conclu- sion The Yiqibuxue granules with the effects of replenishing Qi and ac- tivating blood are effective in raising CD3 ,CD4+ and reducing CD8.
