摘要:大数据是科技、信息迅速发展的时代产物,因其蕴含巨大价值已被广泛应用于医疗、通信等学科中。所有与医疗及健康相关的海量数据均可被称为医疗大数据,医疗大数据的兴起促进了国内外智能医疗的蓬勃发展。近年来,医疗大数据背景下的人工智能技术在中医药领域中的应用逐步展开,但从目前研究成果可知,人工智能在西医学中的应用更为广泛,而在中医学研究中仍处于初步阶段,具有较广泛的研究前景及应用价值。目前,中医诊断以传统的望、闻、问、切四诊为主,四诊信息采集缺乏规范化、客观化、标准化,且在传染病流行期间,进行舌象、脉象等近距离观察将增加疾病传播风险,因此具有一定局限性。因此,人工智能辅助诊断系统在各项疾病诊疗决策中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
Big data is a product of the rapid development of technology and information in this era.Due to its immense value,it has been widely applied in disciplines such as healthcare and communications.All massive data related to healthcare and health can be referred to as medical big data.The emergence of medical big data has promoted the vigorous development of intelligent healthcare both in China and abroad.In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has gradually unfolded under the background of medical big data.However,based on current research achievements,the application of artificial intelligence is more widespread in western medicine,while it is still in the preliminary stage in TCM research.Nevertheless,it holds broad research prospects and application value.Currently,TCM diagnosis mainly relies on the traditional methods of observation,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,and pulse diagnosis.However,the collection of information from these four diagnostic methods lacks standardization,objectivity,and standardization.Additionally,during the outbreak of infectious diseases,close observation of tongue and pulse conditions can increase the risk of disease transmission,thus having certain limitations.In recent years,artificial intelligence-assisted diagnostic systems have played an increasingly important role in various disease diagnosis and treatment decisions.
