摘要:心肌纤维化(MF)是多种心血管疾病发展到一定阶段的共同病理表现,其机制复杂多样。转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)可通过一系列细胞内效应蛋白、Smad和Smad非依赖性途径发出信号参与MF的发生发展。TGF-β/Smads(TGF-β/Smads)信号通路作为MF的经典通路,近年来关于中医药调控该通路防治MF取得了一定的成果。基于此,本文分析总结了中药提取物、中药汤剂、中成药调节TGF-β/Smads信号通路干预MF的潜在机制,旨在为抗MF药物的研发及中医药治疗MF提供理论参考。
Myocardial fibrosis(MF)is a common pathological manifestation of various cardiovascular diseases at a certain stage,and its mechanisms are complex and diverse.Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)participates in the occurrence and development of MF by signaling through a series of intracellular effector proteins,Smad and Smad-independent pathways.TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway is a classic pathway of MF.In recent years,some achievements have been made in the regulation of this pathway by traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat MF.Therefore,this paper analyzes and summarizes the potential mechanisms of Chinese herbal extracts,Chinese herbal decoctions,and Chinese patent medicines regulating TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway to interfere with MF,aiming to provide a reference for the development of anti-MF drugs and Chinese medicine for the treatment of MF.
