摘要：李朝平教授根据妇科腰痛的病因、病症和四诊辨证结果,对妇女腰痛先辨病分为:腰椎关节、泌尿系统、盆腔子宫附件3大类,再辨证寒热虚实,辨病与辨证相结合,更加有的放矢的处方用药,在临床取得了良好疗效。
According to the cause of female low back pain,symptoms and the result of syndrome differentiation by the four methods of diagnosis,professor LI Zhao-ping explored that female low back pain firstly discriminate three sorts, lumbar joints,urinary system and pelvic uterine annex,and secondly discriminate cold and heat, combined with syndrome differentiation and diseases differentiation. These can get a more objective medical prescription and good clinical efficacy.
