摘要：目的建立藿香正气丸(浓缩丸)中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。色谱条件:Phenomenex C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35∶60∶4),流速为1 mL/min,柱温40℃,检测波长283 nm。结果橙皮苷在0.165 2～1.652 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98.55%,RSD=0.37%。结论本法简便、准确,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the method on determination of the content ot nespermm m Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills（concentrated pill）. Methods Adopted RP-HPLC method, chromatographic conditions were avafla ble as follows Phenomenex C18 column, methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （35 ： 60 ： 4） as mobile phase, the] flowrate was 1 mL/min, temperature of the column was 40 ℃ , detecting wavelength was 283 nm. Results The linear correlation of Hesperidin was well within 0. 165 2 to 1. 652 0 μg. The average recovery rate was 98.55% , and RSD vas 0.37%. Conclusion The method is simple and convenientquick and accurate, it can be used as the method of quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills（ concentrated pill）.
