摘要:【目的】建立黑果枸杞UPLC指纹图谱分析技术,为快速鉴别黑果枸杞提供依据。【方法】采用超高效液相色谱法进行测定。【结果】以ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm);流动相为甲醇(A)、0.5%三氟乙酸、1%甲酸水溶液(B)、乙腈(C),以0.3 m L/min流速进行梯度洗脱,检测波长300 nm,进样量1.000μl,柱温35℃为色谱条件,建立了黑果枸杞的UPLC特征指纹图谱共有模式,标定了13个共有峰,14批次黑果枸杞的相似度为0.809~0.989,不同省份差异较大。【结论】该方法快速、高效,稳定可靠,为黑果枸杞的鉴别和质量评价及质量控制提供了科学依据。
[ Objective] The purpose of this paper is to provide a rapid identification method for Lycium ruthenicum Murr based on the estab-lishment of UPLC fingerprint. [ Method] Experiments were performed by UPLC method. [ Result] Using ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1 mm x 50 mm, 1.7 I^m), methanol( A), 0.5 % trichloroacetic, 1% formic acid ( B ) and acetonitrile ( C ) as the mobile phase, thedetection wavelength 300 nm, column temperature 35 ℃, the flow rate 0.3 mL/min, the injection volume 1. 000 Ixl, the mutual mode ofUPLC fingerprint of Lycium ruthenicum Murr was established. There were 13 common peaks in the fingerprint of 14 samples. The similarityof the 14 samples was ranged from 0. 809 to 0. 989 and it indicated that the UPLC fingerprints of the samples from different provinces wereobviously different. [ ConclusionlThe UPLC method has good precision, stability and repeatability. The fingerprint established in this studycan supply scientific method for the identification, quality evaluation and control of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.
