摘要:2005年7月至2006年11月,对甘肃省天水、陇西、岷县、临洮、天祝5个市县的秦艽(Gentianamacraphylla)病害进行了田间调查与室内病原菌的分离鉴定,结果仅发现了锈病(PucciniagentianaeRohling)和斑枯病(SeptoriamicrosporaSpegazzini).在人工栽培条件下,锈病和枯斑病发病率分别为38%~85%和42%~88%,严重度均达2—4级,发生严重,需注意药剂防治;而在天然草原上秦艽斑枯病极少发生,锈病发病率也仅为9.5%~24.0%,严重度为1—3级.
Diseases of Gentiana macrophylla from Tianshui, Longxi, Minxian, Lintao and Tianzhu of Gansu Province were investigated and pathogens were identified in the laboratory. Two diseases have been found, which were rust disease, Puccinia gentianae (F. stranss) Rohling, and leaf-spot, Septoria microspora Spegazzini. Under cultivation conditions in Gansu,the incidences of rust and leaf-apot were 38%-85 % and 42 %-88% respectively, and disease severities were both 2--4 degree. On natural grassland, leaf-spot seldom occurs, the incidence of rust was 9.5 %-24 %, disease severity was 1--3 degree.
