摘要:目的探讨红芪多糖(HPS)对实验性大鼠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法随机抽取正常大鼠为正常对照组,剩余大鼠使用高脂高糖饲料和注射小剂量链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型。造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、HPS小剂量组、HPS大剂量组,并分别予以0.9%NaCl溶液、二甲双胍、HPS大小剂量灌胃治疗4周。检测各组大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)、血脂、血清TNF-α。结果与空白组比较,模型组FPG、INS、TG、TC、TNF-α升高,HDL-C、ISI降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,HPS大、小剂量组以及二甲双胍组,FPG、INS、TG、TC、TNF-α降低;HDL-C、ISI升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 HPS可改善糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠血清TNF-α及其相关指标。
Objective To investigate the effects of hedysaryum polysaccharide(HPS) on TNF-αin experimental diabetic insulin resistance rats. Methods Experimental diabetic insulin resistance was duplicated in rats by feeding high-fat and high-sugar foods plus injecting low-dose streptozotocin. The diabetic insulin resistance rats were randomized into model group, control group, low-dose HPS and high-dose HPS groups, and treated respectively by 0.9% NaC1, metformin, low- and high-dose HPS for four weeks. The fasting plasma glucose ( FPG), insulin, insulin sensitivity index (ISI) , blood lipid and serum TNF-α were detected. Results Compared with normal group, FPG, INS, TG, TC and TNF-α were higher, and HDL-C and ISI were lower in the model group(P 〈0.01 ) ; compared with model group, FPG, INS, TG, TC and TNF-α were lower, and HDL-C and ISI were higher in the other three groups(P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Hedysaryum polysaccharide can improve TNF-α to treat diabetic insulin resistance.
