摘要:目的:探讨穴位埋线对急性高原缺氧大鼠血红蛋白(Hb)和动脉血气相关指标的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠48只随机分为空白组、模型组、红景天组、埋线A组、埋线B组和埋线C组各8只。除空白组外,其余各组采用低压氧仓模拟高原环境的方法制备急性高原缺氧大鼠模型后,红景天组于造模前后均灌胃1周,每日1次;埋线A、B、C组分别于造模前1周、造模后1周及造模前后各1周埋线治疗1次,观察Hb含量及动脉血气相关指标的变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠Hb显著升高,动脉血气各项指标不同程度降低;与模型组比较3个埋线组及红景天组Hb均明显降低,Pa O_2、Pa CO_2、Sa O_2及埋线C组的p H值显著升高,以埋线C组对Hb含量、Pa O_2、Pa CO_2、Sa O_2干预效果最为明显。结论:穴位埋线能明显降低急性高原缺氧大鼠Hb含量,并不同程度升高动脉血气相关指标的含量,对急性高原缺氧有一定的防治作用,其治疗效果与埋线时机与频次有关。
Objective: To explore the effect of acupoint catgut embedding on hemoglobin( Hb) and arterial blood gas of rats with acute high altitude hypoxia. Methods: 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Rhodiola group,catgut embedding group A,catgut embedding group B and catgut embedding group C,each group of 8.Except the blank group, acute hypoxia rat model was prepared by low pressure oxygen groups simulated plateau environment,Rhodiola group in modeling both before and after intragastric administration for 1 weeks,1 times a day; A,B,C group,catgut embedding were detected at 1 weeks before and 1 weeks after modeling and the 1 weeks before and after die buried line therapy 1 times. The changes of Hb and arterial blood gas were observed. Results: Compared with the blank group,the Hb of rats in model group increased significantly,arterial blood gas indexes were degraded to varying degrees;compared with the model group,Hb of catgut embedding groups and rhodiola group were significantly decreased,Pa O_2,Pa CO_2,Sa O_2 and p H were significantly higher,the effect of Hb,Pa O_2,Pa CO_2 and Sa O_2 of catgut embedding group C were the most obvious. Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can significantly reduce the content of Hb and increased content of arterial blood gas index in rat with acute hypoxia,which has a therapeutic effect on acute hypoxia. The effect is related to treatment time and frequency.
