摘要：肝纤维化是多种慢性肝病共同的病理基础,近年来中药在治疗肝纤维化中有明显优势,随着对中药成分研究的深入,中药提取物的研究已成热点,其实验研究作用显著或临床应用疗效较好,呈现了广阔的前景。现将近年来常用来研究或治疗肝纤维化的九味中药的提取物在防治肝纤维化方面的研究进展予以综述,进一步为临床用药和新药的开发研究提供参考。
Hepatic fibrosis is a common pathological basis of various chronic liver diseases.Some herbs have shown obvious advantages in the treatment of liver fibrosis in recent years.With the further study of herbs ingredient,the research about herb extract has become a hot spot and its experimental study had notable effect or obtained good curative effect in the clinic,presenting a broad development prospects.Here is to make a review on the research progress of nine common Chinese medicinal herbs most extensively studied in recent years,the extracts of which are used for prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis,in order to offer theoretical reference for the clinical medication and development of new drugs.
