摘要:目的:利用β-环糊精接枝丙烯酸/丙烯腈共聚凝胶[β-CD(AA-co-AN)]对黄芪中黄酮苷类化合物进行吸附分离研究。方法:以高效液相为检测手段,吸附率为考察指标,单因素试验考察吸附时间、温度、吸附剂的用量和pH值。结果:通过单因素考察发现,在吸附时间10 h、吸附剂用量25 mg/10 mL、温度40℃和pH值4.0的条件下,β-CD(AA-co-AN)凝胶对黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮苷和芒柄花苷的总吸附率可达40.2%。结论:β-CD(AA-co-AN)凝胶作为一种新的辅助分离材料,对黄芪中的黄酮苷类化合物分离效果显著,可为黄芪中黄酮苷类化合物的分离提供实验依据。
Objective:To study the separation and adsorption of flavonoid glycosides from Radix Astragali by grafting acrylic acid/acrylonitrile copolymer gel β-CD(AA-co-AN) with beta cyclodextrin. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography was used as the detection method,the adsorption rate was the index,influencing factors were investigated by single factor test,including adsorption time,temperature,the amount of adsorbent and pH value. Results:When the adsorption time was 18 h,the adsorbent dosage was 25 mg/10 mL,the temperature was 40 ℃ and pH 4.0,by single factor study,the total adsorption rate of calycosin glycoside and ononin of the Radix Astragali was 40.2% by β-CD(AAco-AN). Conclusion:β-CD(AA-co-AN) gel as a new assistant separation material,the separation effect of flavonoids glycosides from Radix Astragali was remarkable, which can provide a certain experimental basis for the separation of medicinal herbs and their constituents in Radix Astragali.
