摘要：失眠证候模型对中医药干预失眠的机制研究具有重要作用。本文总结了中医失眠证候模型制备的相关文献,发现当前中医失眠证候模型的复制类型以肝郁型、心肾不交型、阴虚型和阳虚型为主,其他类型报道较少,失眠证候模型的复制方法主要有以应激为主的物理方法和以药物注射为主的化学刺激法。但文献报道中各类中医失眠证候模型的评价方法、标准各异,缺乏相对统一的界定和评价标准,部分证候模型复制方法较为单一,单纯采用西医病理模型复制方法、病证模型简单相加以及动物种类选择单一等问题影响了病证结合证候模型的准确性和针对性,这些问题都是失眠证候模型和中医药干预失眠机制研究中亟待解决和深入探讨的问题。
The insomnia syndrome model plays an important role in the research on the mechanism of TCM intervention for insomnia.This paper summarizes the relevant literature on the preparation of TCM insomnia syndrome model,and finds that the current main types of TCM insomnia syndrome model are liver stagnation,heart-kidney incompatibility,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency,while other types are rarely reported;the replication methods of insomnia syndrome model mainly include the physical method based on stress and the chemical stimulation method based on drug injection.However,the evaluation methods and standards of various TCM insomnia syndrome models in the literature are different,and there is a lack of unified definition and evaluation criteria;there are still some problems such as the single replication method of some syndrome models,the simple replication method of western medicine pathological models,the simple addition of disease and syndrome models,as well as the single selection of animal species,which affect the accuracy and pertinence of syndrome models.These problems are urgent to be solved and discussed in the research of insomnia model and TCM intervention mechanism.
