摘要:通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为海金沙功效主要为清利湿热,通淋止痛。症靶为小便涩痛。标靶为泌尿系统结石及胆结石、胆汁排泄障碍。现代药理发现海金沙及其有效成分具有利胆、抗炎、抑制结石生成、抗氧化、抗菌促毛发生长、促进创面愈合等作用。海金沙无毒,安全性相对可靠,但肾阴亏虚慎服。临床使用剂量为6~120 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索海金沙用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modem research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fields of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that Japanese climbing fem spore has the following characteristics:Its efiects are mainly clearing heat and promoting diuresis,freeing strangury and relieving pain.Its symptom target is painful urination,while its biochemical indicator targets are lithiasis in the urinary system and gall stones.The modem pharmacology finds that Japanese climbing fem spore and its efiective components have the functions of promoting biliary secretion,anti-inflammation,inhibiting stone formation,anti-oxidation,antibacteria,promoting hair growth,and promoting wound healing,etc.With a non-toxic effect,it should also be taken with caution for those with the syndrome of kidney yin deficiency.Its clinical dosage range is 6-120 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to difierent diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom and biochemical indicator targets should be actively explored and constructed.
