摘要:目的:探讨慢支咳喘宁胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的作用机制。方法:采用改良烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎大鼠模型,实验动物随机分为模型对照组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊低剂量组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊高剂量组、气管炎丸组、及不加处理的空白对照组。造模各组以高、低剂量慢支咳喘宁胶囊,气管炎丸和生理盐水进行干预,测定各组大鼠肺组织中IL-2、IL-8的含量。结果:模型组大鼠肺组织中IL-2含量较空白组明显降低(P<0.01),而IL-8含量则较空白组明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,治疗各组肺组织中IL-2含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),IL-8含量则明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:慢支咳喘宁胶囊可提高IL-2含量,降低IL-8含量,控制慢性炎症反应。
Objective : To make research on the internal mechanism of treating chronic bronchitis with Manzhikechuanning capsules. Methods : Duplicated the animal model of chronic bronchitis with refined smoking - fumigated method, the rats were allocated to model group, high dose group,low dose group, Qiguanyan Wan group and nomal control group that didn't treated. Made intervention with high and low dose Manzhikechuanning as well as Qiguanyan Wan( another medicine of the similar kind) and 0.9% NS, determined the IL - 2 and IL - 8 contents in the lung tissue. Results : The IL - 2 contents in the lung tissue of the model group were significantly reduced than that of the normal group (P 〈 0.01 ), while the IL - 8 contents were significantly improved than the normal group (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the model group, the IL - 2 contents in the lung tissue in each treatment group were significantly increased( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ), while the IL- 8 contents were significantly reduced( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Manzhikechuanning capsules could control inflammatory reaction by increasing the contents of IL - 2 and reducing the contents of IL - 8.
