摘要：本文以研究文献为切入点,归纳并总结了中医药论治多囊卵巢综合征的进展。多囊卵巢综合征发病在脏腑主要与肾有关,且与肝脾密不可分,因此,对于本病的治疗,多在益肾补肾基础上,联合健脾疏肝、活血化瘀、祛湿化痰等方法,并配合西医治疗手段,临床疗效甚优。这表明中医中药在对多囊卵巢综合征的病因病机探究及辨证论治等方面优势显著。
This study summarized the progress of TCM in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).The pathogenesis of PCOS is mainly related to Kidney,and is also closely related to the Liver and Spleen.Therefore,the treatment for this disease is basically based on tonifying Kidney,tonifying Spleen and combing Liver,activating blood and removing blood stasis,as well as clearing dampness and eliminating phlegm.It can achieve better efficacy when combined with western medical treatment methods.This indicates that TCM has significant advantages in the exploration of the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS and in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
