摘要：目的:观察正骨手法配合体外冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月至2017年3月本院正骨科被诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。观察组给予正骨手法配合体外冲击波治疗,对照组给予正骨手法治疗。结果:治疗1个疗程后,治疗组有效率80.0%,对照组有效率52.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗2个疗程后,治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率70.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:正骨手法配合体外冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致疼痛疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of bone-setting manipulation in combination with extracorporeal shock wave on lumbar disc herniation. Methods：Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed in our department of orthopedics from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the observation group were treated with bone-setting manipulation combined with extracorporeal shock wave treatment,while the ones in the control group were treated only with bone-setting manipulation. Results：After one course of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,while that of the control group was 52. 5%,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. After the treatment of 2 courses,the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was 70%,the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Bone-setting manipulation in combination with extracorporeal shock wave has a remarkable clinical curative effect on pain due to lumbar disc herniation.
