摘要：目的 探讨使用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 从2015年3月~2016年5月就诊的患有变应性鼻炎的儿童中随机选取86例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用氯雷他定糖浆进行治疗,观察组使用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗。两组患者治疗前后分别进行症状评分,比较两组的治疗效果。结果经过1个月的治疗之后,对照组症状明显改善29例,占72.50%;观察组症状明显改善44例,占95.56%,观察组患儿的治疗效果明显好于对照组。观察组有6例发生不良反应,占13.0%;对照组有14例发生不良反应,占32.5%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 对于儿童变应性鼻炎的治疗,盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂能够取得良好的治疗效果,不良反应少,能够有效缓解患儿的临床症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. Methods 86 children with allergic rhinitis who were diagnosed from March 2015 to May 2016 were randomly selected. The 86 children were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with loratadine syrup, and the observation group was treated with azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray. Symptom scores were calculated before and after treatment in both groups, and curative effects were compared. Results After one month of treatment, the symptoms in the control group were improved significantly in 29 cases （72.5%）. Obvious improvement of symptoms were seen in 44 cases inthe observation group, accounting for 96.56%. The therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Adverse reactions were observed in 6 cases in the observation group, accounting for 13.0%; adverse reactions were observed in 14 cases in the control group, accounting for 32.5%, there was no difference between the two groups, without statistical significance. Conclusion Azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray can obtain favorable therapeutic effect and less adverse reactions in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and is worthy of widespread popularization and application.
