摘要:目的探究基于思维导图的线上线下教学法在《妇产科护理学》课程教学中的应用效果。方法采取整群抽样法抽取2016级护理本科2个班的学生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于思维导图的线上线下教学法,对照组采用传统多媒体讲授法教学模式。比较两组学生的理论考核成绩,并采用教学满意度问卷、自我导向学习能力评定量表进行教学效果评价。结果观察组理论考试成绩、总体教学效果满意度、自我导向学习评价量表总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图结合线上线下教学法有利于学生对妇产科护理学知识的理解和记忆,提高学习效率,提升临床思维能力及团队协作意识。
Objective To study the application effect of mind map combined with online and offline teaching methods in teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing course.Methods The students in 2 classes from grade 2016 in undergraduate nursing specialty were randomly divided into observation group and control group by using cluster sampling method.The observation group was given mind map combined with online and offline teaching methods,and control group was given traditional multimedia lecture teaching mode.The results of theoretical examination were compared between 2 groups.The effectiveness of teaching was evaluated by applying teaching satisfaction questionnaire and self-directed learning ability assessment scale.Results The scores of theoretical examination,the overall degree of satisfaction to teaching and the total score of self-directed learning ability assessment scale were all higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind map combined with online and offline teaching methods is helpful for students to understand and remember the knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,which can improve learning efficiency and promote clinical thinking ability and teamwork awareness.
