摘要："固方之制,固其泄也"。精气血津液,皆是人体精微,是正气的重要组成部分,若外流过多,必将使正气亏虚,卫外失司,招致邪气,治之当以固涩药,急闭门户,保存正气,以存性命之根。然精微之下,必有所因,治之当以治本之药,求其所因,治疾病之根。文章将《新方八阵·固阵》所列方剂分为治遗精、止泄泻、缩小便3个部分,分析其用药特点,结合张景岳学术观点,从固精、止泄、缩泉、善用固涩4个方面探讨张景岳固涩之法,望能指导临床。
‘Firming formula are made to astringents＇. Qi, blood and fluid are body＇s nutrient substance, which are important parts of zheng qi, the deficiency of vital qi leads to the invasion of evil qi, then the astringents are used to remain vital qi and the root of life. However, there must be some pathogenesis that causes the loss of nutrient substance, which should be found and wiped off to cure the root. This paper divides all prescriptions of Xinfang Bazhen · Guzhen into three parts, they are preventing spermatorrhea, antidiarrheal and firming enuresis, discuses ZHANG Jing-yue＇s thoughts from preventing spermatorrhea, antidiarrheal, firming diarrhea and rational use of inducing astringency, analyses its medication feature to serve clinic practice.
