摘要:目的:利用灰色关联法评价不同产地大黄的质量差异。方法:采用灰色思维概念构建基于相对灰色关联度的中药质量评价方法,选取大黄中没食子酸、表儿茶素等14个评价指标评价27个不同产地大黄质量。结果:依据相对灰色关联度的大小,其中相对关联度>0.439的样本量有9批,这些样本主要集中在四川和甘肃陇南,品质较优,均具有"红肉白筋,体重质坚,星点环列,味苦"的优良性状特征;相对关联度<0.359的样本主要集中在四川若尔盖、四川平武、四川巴中、西藏林芝等地,样品的排名相对靠后,样品的性状与"药材个头普遍较小,体轻质松,内部有糠心"等劣药特征相一致。结论:本方法使用简单,易于计算,能客观反映大黄药材的质量,也可对基于多种化学成分指标的其他中药材的质量进行综合全面的评价,结果更为客观、科学、准确。
Objective: To assess the quality of Dahuang(rhei radix et rhizoma) from different producing areas using grey relational degree analysis. Methods: The concept of grey thinking was used to construct the method of assessing the quality of the herbs based on relative grey relational degree, 14 evaluation indexes including gallic acid, epicatechin and others contained in Dahuang were chosen to assess the quality of Dahuang from 27 producing areas. Results: According to relative grey relational degree, there were nine batches of samples with relative relational degree>0.439, and the samples were concentrated in Sichuan and Longnan, Gansu province, they were of better quality, they showed the good characteristics of ″ red flesh, white tendon, strong weight, hard quality, starry distribution in circle, bitter taste″;the samples with relative correlation degree <0.359 were mainly distributed in Zoige, Pingwu, Bazhong of Sichuan, Nyingchi city, Tibet, the samples ranked relatively low, the characteristics of the samples were consistent with the property of the inferior medicines with ″ generally small size, light weight, soft nature, spongy heart inside″. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to calculate, it could reflect the quality of Dahuang objectively, assess the quality of other herbs comprehensively and generally based on the indexes of many chemical ingredients, and the results are more objective and scientific.
