摘要：目的探讨生肌白玉膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面β1整合素及角蛋白19阳性细胞数量和分布的影响及其与创面愈合之间的关系。方法制备深Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠模型。分别在药物治疗组、阳性对照组、模型组创面涂抹生肌白玉膏、美宝湿润烧伤膏、生理盐水,正常对照组不涂任何药物,第3,7,14,21天比较三组创面愈合率及β1整合素及角蛋白19阳性细胞数量和分布。结果第3天三组β1整合素及K19阳性细胞数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第7,14,21天药物治疗组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳性对照组与模型组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),药物治疗组与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。创面内表皮干细胞的数量与创面愈合率的关系呈正相关。结论生肌白玉膏调节皮肤创面组织中β1整合素及角蛋白19的表达,对烧伤创面的修复有促进作用。
Objective To explore the effects of Shengjibaiyu ointment on the quantity and distribution of β1 integrin and keratin 19 positive cells in deep Ⅱ degree burn wound of rats and its relationship with wound healing. Methods Making the model of deep Ⅱ degree burns in rats. The Shengjibaiyu ointment, Mabo and physi- ological saline were applied to the wound in drug therapy group, positive control group and model group but without any drugs in normal control group. The healing rate of wound, β1 integrin, keratin 19 positive cell number and distribution in three groups were compared after 3, 7, 14, 21 days. Results After 3 days, there was no significant difference among three groups of the number of β1 integrin and K19 positive cells （P 〉 0.05 ） ; after 7, 14, 21 days, the difference between drug treatment group and model group was statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and also between positive control group and model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No sig- nificant difference was found between drug treatment group and the positive control group （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. The relationship between the number of epidermal stem cells and healing rate of the wound was positively correla- ted. Conclusion Shengjibaiyu ointment can promote the healing of deep Ⅱ degree burn wound, which is regulated the expression of β1 integrin and keratin 19 in wound tissue.
