摘要:目的:建立甘肃当归功效的分子系统学基础,为甘肃当归"道地性"提供分子依据。方法:采用PCR技术获得ITS基因,进行测序,经软件进行统计分析,计算各样本间的遗传距离并采用距离矩阵法构建NJ系统发育树,分析种群间的关系。结果:甘肃岷、漳两县当归ITS序列差异极小,分子进化分析显示岷漳两县产当归与欧当归的关系较近,但不与当归属其他植物聚合,是当归属中一个特殊类群。结论I:TS序列特征可以作为当归种间鉴别的有效分子标记,岷漳两县这种特殊的环境正是"岷当归"这一特殊种群形成的主要原因。
Objective:To establish molecular systematics basis of the Angelica efficacy and provide evidence of genuine regional drug.Methods:To get ITS genes with PCR technique,and detect sequence,construct NJ system tree,and analyze and relationship.Results:the difference of ITS sequence was small between MinXian and ZhangXian county,and it showed close relationship with the europe angelica with phylogenetic analysis.Conclusion:ITS sequence could be a Angelica species identification as an effective molecular marker.The special environment of MinXian and ZhangXian County is "Min Angelica" the main reasons about the formation of the special populations.
